ofChinaisdescribed.Thenewvariety issimilartothe typicalvariety (HemiboeagracilisFranch.) in morphology.Butfurtherobservationshowedthatthe new

varietystemsissparselypilose, leafsidesandpetiolearedenselybristly,

excepttheinsideofthe flower,therestisdenselypilose,thefruittipsaresparselypilose.

Therefore,theyareeasytodistinguish.
