On July 6, 2022, the China Flower Association organized an online training for administrators of the National Flower Germplasm Resource Repository Information Management Platform. For this training, Researcher Wang Yan, a doctoral supervisor from the Forestry Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, was invited to lecture. Shao Yanpo, project manager from Beijing ZhiLian Software Technology Co., Ltd., and others introduced the platform's functions and guided hands-on operations. Liu Xuemei, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Flower Association, attended and summarized the event. 144 people, including the main personnel and technicians from the first and second batches of the National Flower Germplasm Resource Repository, participated in the training. Dong Yan, Deputy Director of the Information Department of the China Flower Association, chaired the meeting and introduced the platform's construction status and management requirements.

All members of the National Gesneriaceae Germplasm Resources Bank of Guangxi Institute of Botany attended this online training conference.
