Dr. Wen Fang, an
associate research fellow of Guilin Botanical Garden and GCCC, was invited to
make some academic presentations (Figs.1) entitled "Feng Shui Holy land,
the Efficient Path for the Protection of Plant Genetic Resources and Ecological Civilization Construction",
"The History of Gesneriaceae Plants, and Gesneriaceae Plants in China, and
Gesneriaceae Plants Survival, Conservation in South China" and
"Guilin Botanical Garden and GCCC" (Figs. 2), by the “Qing Yuan
Famous Teachers Forum” of Schoolof Resources and Environment Engineering,
Anhui University in 24thJun. In those presentations, Dr Wen steadily and
gradually introduced the plants in “Feng Shui Holy Land”, then extended
naturally to Gesneriaceae plants in
